1. Acceptance of terms

By using InvestorIQ you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

InvestorIQ is a financial analysis platform based on Value Investing principles (Graham/Buffett). We provide:

• Stock and ETF screener
• Fundamental analysis of financial instruments
• Personal portfolio tracking
• Educational investing tools

3. We are not financial advisors

IMPORTANT: InvestorIQ is an analysis and information tool. We are not registered financial advisors. The information provided does NOT constitute investment advice. Every investment decision is the user's sole responsibility.

4. Plans and payments

• Free Plan: limited access at no cost
• Pro Plan: $14.99 USD/month or $119 USD/year, billed in USD via Creem
• You can cancel anytime from your profile
• No refunds for partial periods already billed

5. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Resell or redistribute the platform's content

6. Intellectual property

All content, code, and design of InvestorIQ is owned by Estanislao Blanco Gutiérrez. Market data is provided by third parties (FMP) under their own licenses.

7. Limitation of liability

InvestorIQ is not liable for financial losses arising from the use of the platform. The user assumes all risks associated with their investment decisions.

8. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with 30 days' prior notice by email.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
